19 Premium Luxury Homes

The project consists of 19 luxury residences within the Beachtown development in Galveston, Texas - part of the Houston/Galveston metropolitan area. While the residences will vary in size and price, all 19 homes are being built to the same stringent architectural and Fortified engineering standards which have contributed to Beachtown’s real estate success story.

Redeployment program

A seamless redeployment program has been implemented by TCRC to address the need to keep funds invested during a potential lengthy immigration approval process. Because of the large scale of the Beachtown development and the ability to diversify the product mix, the Project is able to adapt and build residences most suited to the fluctuating market conditions at any given time using re-invested EB-5 investors’ funds for ongoing construction of additional lots to be developed for the Project.

Upon completion of the initial 19 homes, Beachtown will redeploy the funds from the sale of the homes to construct 35 additional homes. The additional home will be built in 2 seamless phases:

• 15 Homes (Phase I)

• 20 Homes (Phase II)
