TOWN ARCHITECT
Steve Mouzon, an internationally recognized Architect is the Town Architect of Beachtown. He reviews the plans submitted by all the Architects, making modifications and recommendations for the highest design quality and maintaining the harmony within Beachtown. Also, The Town Architect inspects the homesites for exterior design conformity during construction. Beach House Designers, LLC is the architectural design arm of Beachtown, working directly under the auspices of the Town Architect.
tofigh shirazi
Mr. Tofigh Shirazi is a Real Estate developer based in Houston, Texas with over four decades of industry experience both nationally and internationally. In 1981, Mr. Shirazi founded Intercontinental United Investors Corporation, a company which he is still owner and president of today. Mr. Shirazi, through various entities, has successfully owned, developed and renovated several hundred thousand square feet of office and retail space and several thousand acres of residential development. Through IUI, Mr. Shirazi has been involved in projects of varying size and scope throughout Texas. Mr. Shirazi is the town founder of Beachtown Galveston, a nationally recognized and publicized new urbanist town development on the east end of Galveston Island.
NADER SHIRAZI
Mr. Nader Shirazi, the managing member of Beachtown, LLC., has over a decade of experience in different facets of the real estate development. A graduate of University of Texas with a degree in civil engineering, Mr. Shirazi has been the leader of Beachtown’s team in implementing the complex Fortified construction within the vision of Beachtown.

Aran & Franklin Engineering Inc. is the leading windstorm and structural engineering firm serving the Texas Gulf Coast since 1998. They are one of the largest engineering firms serving the Galveston area and one of the few engineers on the Texas Gulf Coast certified to design to Fortified for Safer Living Standards. These standards are mandated by the Insurance Institute for Business and Health Safety.
